Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Manna Aero is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Galway, Connacht. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This part-time role requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. - Assisting clients with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution. - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. - Identifying opportunities for improvement in the client support process and escalating issues as needed.

Requirements: - Driven and energetic personality. - Strong cooperation skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Experience using customer service software and CRM systems.
