Job Description:
Apple Ireland is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance via email, chat, or phone. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients. 3. Educate clients on product features and benefits. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. 5. Work closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and persuasion skills. 3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and software. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Personality Traits & Soft Skills: 1. Dedicated and committed to providing excellent customer service. 2. Adaptable to handle changing client needs and situations. 3. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients. 4. Persuasion skills to guide clients towards optimal solutions.
