Job Description:
Plynk is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Galway, Connacht, Ireland. As a part-time, entry-level position, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in the online client support industry.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone to assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have - Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with clients and offer solutions - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the database - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to deliver high-quality support
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role - Passionate about helping others and resourceful in finding solutions - Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of online payment systems and financial services is a plus
