Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Online Client Support Representative to join our team at Popertee. As a part-time member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various online platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, persuasive, and thrives in a collaborative teamwork environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide support through online chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist clients in navigating our online platform and resolving any issues they may encounter. 3. Manage client accounts and update information as needed. 4. Utilize persuasive skills to upsell additional services or products to clients. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 6. Provide feedback to the team on common client issues and suggestions for improvement. 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all client interactions.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic personality with a strong desire to help others. 3. Resourceful problem-solving skills to effectively assist clients. 4. Strong persuasion skills to drive sales and upsell opportunities. 5. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Comfortable working with various online platforms and tools.
