Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and resourceful Online Client Support Representative to join our team at CRH plc in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess client needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients - Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures to enhance client satisfaction - Assist in training new team members on client support best practices

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation skills to resolve client issues effectively - Innovative mindset to find creative solutions to complex problems - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with CRM software and online communication platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
