Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Glofox, a leading fitness management software company, is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Cork, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional online support to clients via email, chat, and phone channels. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Glofox software platform. 3. Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and product feature requests. 4. Collaborate with the product development team to escalate and resolve complex issues. 5. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience through feedback and data analysis. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on pending issues. 7. Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate about delivering top-notch customer service. 2. Strong critical thinking skills to quickly assess and solve problems. 3. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. 4. Proficiency in using online support tools and customer relationship management systems. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
