Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description: Apple Ireland is looking for a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Associate Level role with at least 3 years of experience, the Online Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via online platforms to provide support and assistance with product inquiries, technical issues, and general inquiries - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients - Drive strategic initiatives based on data analysis to improve client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Reliable and resourceful with excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in online platforms and software tools - A passion for providing exceptional customer service
