Online Contact Center Associate

SurveyMonkey Europe is seeking a passionate and independent Online Contact Center Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but one year of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through various online channels including email, chat, and social media - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and answering questions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and update customer records in the database - Assist with other tasks as needed to support the Contact Center team

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Planning and negotiation skills to effectively address customer needs - Passion for providing exceptional customer service
