Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager


Job Description:


GirlCrew is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Dublin. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven and energetic, with excellent communication and creativity skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage the online contact center to ensure exceptional customer service and support - Supervise a team of contact center agents, providing guidance and mentoring as needed - Develop and implement contact center strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze contact center performance metrics to make data-driven decisions - Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online contact center management


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in online contact center management - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively - Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Proficiency in contact center software and tools - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
