Job Description - Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Representative at Glofox. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online channels. This position is part-time and located in Galway, Connacht, Ireland.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with account management, billing questions, technical support, and general inquiries. 3. Utilize CRM systems to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions. 4. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Conduct analysis of customer feedback and data to continuously improve service quality.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Adaptability to handle various customer scenarios and technological platforms. 3. Confidence in communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner. 4. Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 5. Analytical mindset to evaluate customer data and feedback for process improvement.
