Job Description - Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


Workday Ireland is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Assisting customers with account management and online transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conducting follow-up communication with customers to ensure satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
