Online Contact Center Representative

Wia is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services, as well as resolve any customer issues or complaints - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments - Use strategic planning to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers - Deliver engaging presentations to potential customers to promote our products and services

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically - Proficient in using CRM software and other contact center tools - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings - Life insurance, and paid overtime.
