Job Description: Wolfgang Digital is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a part-time entry-level position, we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Online Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for handling online customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and managing various projects related to the online contact center.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Assist in the implementation and management of online contact center projects - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences - Dedication to delivering high-quality work and exceeding expectations - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns - Basic project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
