Online Customer Care Associate Job Description:

SoapBox Labs is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Process orders and returns in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services - Work with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong time management and innovation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Experience using customer service software and tools - Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed - Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
