Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and dedicated Online Customer Care Associate to join our team at CRH plc in Limerick, Munster. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Providing product information and assisting customers with their purchasing decisions - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience - Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback and engaging with customers proactively - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Previous experience in an online retail environment is a plus
