Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Online Customer Care Manager to join our team at CRH plc in Cork, Ireland. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, this role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service and management.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online customer service operations, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the online customer experience. - Train and mentor customer care representatives to ensure they are providing high-quality service. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and feedback. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in customer service and management. - Resilient and resourceful personality traits. - Strong attention to detail and planning skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools.
