Job Description - Online Customer Care Officer


Job Description:


Popertee, a leading online platform connecting brands with temporary retail spaces, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through various online channels promptly and professionally - Assist customers with order placements, product inquiries, and issue resolution - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any concerns or issues - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize customer experience - Utilize CRM software to maintain customer records and track interactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes - Contribute to the development of customer care strategies and initiatives


Requirements: - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in a customer care or customer service role - Proficiency in CRM software and online communication platforms - Ability to demonstrate leadership skills when necessary - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
