Job Description:
As an Online Customer Care Representative at Accenture Ireland located in Limerick, Munster, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online platforms. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and is ideal for individuals who are resilient, independent, and possess strong persuasion and emotional intelligence skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely responses - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Develop rapport with customers to enhance their overall experience with the company - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and effectively manage time - Resilient mindset to handle challenging customer interactions - Persuasion skills to influence customer behavior and drive positive outcomes - Emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively
