Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Apple Ireland in Limerick, Munster. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and social media platforms - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes - Assist with order management and tracking - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong decision-making skills and ability to think strategically - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite - A passion for technology and customer satisfaction
