Job Description:
SoapBox Labs is seeking an Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for all users.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online platforms such as chat, email, and social media - Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction - Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement - Assist with online sales and promotions - Keep up to date with product information and updates
Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and able to handle difficult customer situations - Reliable and able to work independently - Project management skills to prioritize and manage tasks effectively - Innovative mindset to suggest new ideas for improving customer care processes - Knowledge of CRM systems and online customer support tools - Flexibility to work part-time hours - Must be located in or willing to relocate to Cork, Ireland
