Job Description - Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and independent Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Dropbox Dublin. As an Online Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email and online chat 2. Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting technical issues 3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers 4. Process customer orders and returns 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve escalated customer issues 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies and products to better assist customers 8. Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by management


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to work independently and problem solve effectively 4. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to persuade customers when necessary 5. Resourceful and able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment 6. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and online chat platforms 7. High school diploma or equivalent required
