Job Description: Over-C is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and be proficient in handling online customer inquiries and issues. The Online Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Monitor and manage online customer reviews and ratings - Identify and escalate any patterns of customer issues or complaints to management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online setting - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Strong critical thinking and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Proficient in using online customer service platforms and tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
