Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description: Engager is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Galway, Connacht, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. This role requires a resilient and energetic individual with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and exceed performance metrics

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Attention to detail and strong time management skills
