Job Description:
Cooper Industries is seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product questions, and general inquiries. 3. Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies. 4. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Identify and escalate any customer issues or trends to management for resolution.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. 3. Excellent people management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Highly motivated and hardworking with a positive attitude. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
