Job Description:
Plynk is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Cork, IE. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service and management, with a proven track record of providing excellent online customer support.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve the online customer service experience - Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback to team members to help them improve their performance - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer service experience - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service and management - Dedicated and independent personality traits - Strong time management and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of providing exceptional online customer service - Ability to lead a team and drive results - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
