Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


As an Online Customer Service Manager at Cooper Industries, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's online customer service operations. You will manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they provide excellent support to customers through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online customer service policies and procedures. 2. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement. 3. Train and mentor customer service team members to ensure they are delivering high-quality service. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and IT, to improve online customer service processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.


Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 2. Independent and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in online customer service software and tools. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
