Job Description:
VMware Ireland is seeking an Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Cork. As an Online Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our online customer service operations. This includes providing exceptional support to customers through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer support - Monitor online customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer experience - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to address customer inquiries and concerns - Develop training programs for online customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 6+ years of experience in online customer service or a similar role - Strong leadership and managerial skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and motivated with the ability to work well under pressure - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Proficiency in using online customer service tools and software
