Job Description:


Airbnb Ireland is seeking a motivated Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Dublin. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in managing online platforms. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional, the Online Customer Service Manager will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless online experience for our users.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer service experience - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure effective communication and timely resolutions - Utilize data analytics to monitor customer feedback and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online processes and systems - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service management - Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on online platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Resourceful and confident with excellent decision-making and project management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in technology and online tools - Experience with CRM platforms and online customer service software
