Job Description:
As the Online Customer Service Manager at Opening.io, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing our online customer service operations. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service delivery across all online platforms, while also managing a team of customer service representatives. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service best practices, as well as the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback across all online platforms - Oversee a team of customer service representatives, providing training, guidance, and support as needed - Analyze customer service data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on online platforms - Strong leadership and communication skills - Experience in people management and strategic planning - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Ability to adapt to change and respond resiliently - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
