Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Popertee is seeking a motivated and driven Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dublin. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, as well as resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and support - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of CRM software and online customer service platforms - Negotiation skills and creativity in finding solutions to customer issues - Motivated and driven attitude towards providing excellent customer service
