Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Intercom is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers, resolving inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. - Provide product information and assistance to customers, helping them navigate our online platform. - Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and improve the overall customer experience. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance customer service operations.


Requirements: - Three or more years of experience in customer service. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced environment. - Strong cooperation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. - Innovative mindset with a willingness to suggest new ideas and improvements. - Knowledge of online customer service platforms and tools.
