Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Google Ireland in Cork, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and any changes or updates within the company - Identify and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team member or supervisor

Requirements: - Dedication to providing excellent customer service - Hardworking attitude with a commitment to problem solving - Attention to detail in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues - Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting - Experience with people management and conflict resolution is a plus
