Online Customer Service Specialist

Job description:

VMware Ireland is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Cork. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of confidence and drive, as well as the soft skills of adaptability and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support issues, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better serve customers

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online communication tools and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment - Confidence and drive to meet and exceed customer service goals - Adaptability and strategic planning skills to handle various customer situations
