Job Description:

WarDucks, a leading virtual reality gaming company based in Galway, Connacht, IE, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

As an Online Customer Success Assistant at WarDucks, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online gaming community. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to ensure a positive gaming experience for our users.
