Online Customer Success Assistant

Pointy is seeking an Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a part-time entry-level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is independent, motivated, and possesses emotional intelligence and adaptability.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to online customers through various platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and general questions. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies to drive retention and loyalty. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 5. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. 6. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. 7. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
