Job Description:

WebDoctor is seeking an Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone who is dedicated, motivated, and ready to jumpstart their career in the healthcare technology industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. 3. Assist customers with navigating our online platform and using our services effectively. 4. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction. 5. Gather feedback from customers to help improve our products and services. 6. Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers throughout their experience with WebDoctor.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. 2. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently. 3. Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems effectively. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms. 5. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
