Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Penneys is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Success Manager to join our team based in Cork, IE. As a part-time Associate Level role, this position requires at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer success in an online setting. The successful candidate will be resourceful, energetic, and possess strong planning and analysis skills.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and satisfaction in the online space - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions - Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure retention and loyalty - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the online customer experience - Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues and inquiries - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer success


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in customer success in an online environment - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention - Experience with CRM software and other online tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
