Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Success Manager to join our team at TikTok Dublin in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers. This part-time position is suitable for a candidate with mid-to-senior level experience and at least 7 years in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with our online customers, acting as their primary point of contact and addressing any issues or concerns they may have - Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to help them achieve their goals and maximize their use of our platform - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and any product feedback is communicated effectively - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer success strategies


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills - Experience with online customer success tools and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field
