Job description:
As an Online Customer Success Officer at Glofox, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our online platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ultimately driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via online channels (email, chat, social media) to provide support and assistance - Identify customer needs and provide solutions, including troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product and its features to effectively assist customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide proactive customer support - Collect feedback from customers to continuously improve our product and service offerings
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Motivated and confident personality traits - Strong decision-making and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
