Online Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Artomatix is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and hardworking, with a strong ability to adapt and manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone - Provide product support and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer success and retention - Assist with the onboarding process for new customers - Utilize customer success software to track and analyze customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Strong adaptability and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
