Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Facebook Ireland in Dublin. As an Online Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers. This role requires a passion for helping people, strong problem-solving skills, and high emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with online customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Provide timely and effective support to customers via online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Identify and address customer issues and concerns in a proactive and empathetic manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and escalations - Analyze data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Facebook's products and services to customers


Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing online environment - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively - High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with others
