Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Zendesk International Ltd in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate level role, this position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, hardworking, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries via online platforms - Provide assistance and support to customers in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize research and creativity to develop innovative solutions for customers - Meet and exceed customer success metrics and KPIs - Provide product training and demos to customers as needed - Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong research and creativity skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Knowledge of Zendesk or similar customer service platforms is a plus
