Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description: NewsWhip is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer support roles. This role requires a resilient and resourceful individual with excellent decision-making and time management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 2. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and work to continuously improve customer experience. 3. Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and drive resolution. 5. Train and mentor junior customer support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge customer support solutions. 7. Utilize customer feedback to inform product development and improve overall customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven track record of success in customer support or related roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in customer support software and tools. 6. Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
