Job Description:
Hexafly is seeking a confident and hardworking Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Cork, IE. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates must possess strong negotiation skills and be able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online customer support via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Identify and escalate any issues or trends to management for further resolution. 8. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve customer support processes.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 4. Proficiency in using online customer support tools and software. 5. Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving. 6. Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive working culture. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
