Online Live Chat Assistant

GirlCrew is seeking a driven and dedicated Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via live chat on the company's website - Guide customers through the online shopping process and product selection - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve the chat service - Use creativity to come up with innovative solutions to common customer problems

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in online chat platforms and customer service software - Analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Creative thinking and the ability to think outside the box when addressing customer needs - Previous experience in customer service or online chat support roles preferred
