Online Live Chat Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Boston Scientific Ireland in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are resourceful, energetic, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. This part-time position offers remote work flexibility, Paid Time Off (PTO), and a Joining Bonus.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through online live chat support - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product information - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive online engagement and conversion - Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the team lead

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or online chat support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in computer skills and online chat platforms - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Cooperation and teamwork soft skills
