Online Live Chat Associate

We are looking for a part-time Online Live Chat Associate to join our team at Slack Technologies Limited in Dublin, IE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the tech industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through online live chat to provide support and assistance 2. Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and technical issues 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Work independently to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively 7. Adapt quickly to changes in procedures and processes to meet the needs of our customers
