Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Wayflyer is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Live Chat Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role. As an Online Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through our online chat platform, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online live chat to provide support and answer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and ordering process - Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to management when necessary - Upsell products and services to increase sales and customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role - Motivated and resourceful individual with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong planning and organizational skills
