Job Description:
As the Online Live Chat Manager at Wia, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online live chat system, ensuring excellent customer service and support. You will play a key role in interacting with customers in real-time, providing assistance and solutions to their queries and issues.
Responsibilities: - Manage the online live chat system, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise a team of online chat agents, monitoring their performance and providing feedback as needed - Analyze chat data and customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention through the live chat platform - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service or online chat management - Passionate and energetic personality, with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management systems - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
