Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Online Live Chat Officer to join our team at Dell Ireland in Limerick. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through our online chat platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role and possess the personality traits of being confident and independent.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through our online chat platform - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services - Meet or exceed performance targets for response times, customer satisfaction, and first contact resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus in all interactions - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively engage with customers online - Confident and independent personality traits - Excellent time management and planning skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and peripherals - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
